The service was exceptionally good however the cleanliness of the shower was less than desirable. There was mold on the grout, leak out of the shower door, soap dish was broken so we had to improvise where to place the soap and shampoo. The towels we're frayying, and the general status of furniture was poor. I will say again that the service was remarkable.

The breakfast is delicious, The service is really amazing!The room is very clean and tidy! The reception is helpful. Really nice and wonderful stay! Would recommend it for sure!

The Elite is an excellent hotel with an incredible group of people. All are dedicated to making my stay as pleasant as possible. The shuttle driver, breakfast cooks, receptionists, as well as custodians were all friendly and even recognized me-almost a year after I left the hotel. Truly a great hotel.

Shift 7 bar, the place is wonderful and the view is exceptional. The service is perfect and specially by Shaimaa, whom provided outstanding Top class services. We enjoyed our stay because of her. I will visit the place again and and gain and looking to meet shift 7 bar staff again.

I have hosted two wedding events in the Noor Tent and both were a hit with the guests. Staff and service are fantastic, they accommodate you in every possible way. Food, which is what the guests look forward to, was absolutely amazing and the feedback from them was extremely positive.
The one bedroom suite which I got as part of the package was fantastic. There is a decent kitchenette area as part of the living room and the bedroom is very good as well.

Elite is one the best hotels I've been to. Great service. Great food and breakfast. Staff are so kind and appreciative. They would help us with everything they can while showing a great smile. Special thanks to captain Ali the head staff of the restaurant & Shaima for their amazing service !!

The best hotel with all facilities. Very nice clean room with excellent good and service. Breathe taking view from room. very nice gym and swimming pool with lots of games for kids. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to visit again. Highly recommended.

Lovely and the luxury hotel.. we stayed here for two nights with my family and enjoyed our stay thoroughly. rooms very clean, services and food excellent. so many kids activities and swimming pool. very professional staff. we highly recommend Elite Resort Spa.

We had a work holiday party. Great variety of food. It was hot and cooked to perfection. Nice decor. Overall good atmosphere. I would return again. Good job guys!

The best and luxury hotel we stayed here for two nights with my family and loved it a very much. Excellent service and very professional staff . My kids enjoyed a lot at swimming pool and other many activities were organised complimentary. Keep the good work up guys!! Highly recommended

Nice hotel in a great location. I visited Shift 7, the food is good and the staff is so friendly. Beautiful view also. Nice place to relax and chat over drinks. The lounge is smoker friendly-yay- but it also has a section for non-smokers.

I booked this hotel for a 5 night stay with my wife who flew in from the US. I first came to the hotel to kind of scope out what it was like and the front desk staff immediately offered me a tour of all their amenities and the entire property. I was sold off the staffs friendliness and hospitality but the property sold the deal even more so. Beautiful views from the rooms. Some have city view balconies and others have gulf view. Huge rooms, wood floor living rooms, great working kitchen accessories, the whole package. Breakfast was included with our room and the staff in the restaurant was just as helpful and friendly as the front office. Great food, eggs made to order. GREAT location. One of the friendliest staffs I have ever come across. 10/10. Would absolutely stay here again.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The level of service is like none I have ever seen. The entire staff completely pampered us and made us feel so comfortable. They took great care of us. Bijay always went out of his way to make sure we had whatever we needed. He knew our favorite table that we liked to sit at for breakfast and knew how we liked our coffee which he never hesitated in getting for us. He made us feel so special and at home.

I am member of the gym in Elite resort & spa since a year. It has a very vibrant view from the top. I am very much satisfied with the services provided as they have well experienced trainers who are always ready to guide & manager Mr. Ratan is very motivating n always boosts the spirit of the members. I would recommend others it's worth paying .

Overall experience is very good except few things which I think can be improved when comparing to opponents;
- Food Service was very good specially one of waiter who serve us very well (Abulu) but variety of food is limited, western style food very limited.
- Location of the hotel was very good and one bed room suite was very well maintained except balcony furniture and floor was dirty, no one clean that area which looks ugly when comparing to in side of the suite. Cleaning staff should take care of that area as well.
- Pool area is very well designed and located. The only comment I have that since it is next the Tent where food is served (Breakfast, etc), area is slippery that should be monitored carefully and put more force to dry the corners during eating time.
These are my observation and comments, I hope it will be taken in a positive way to improve the guest services.response / report this review -

First of all I'll talk about the gym is so amazing and wonderful and can also enjoy the view from the gym
Of course if there is no trainer so the gym is not enogh but the trainers are so helpful for your training.
There is also an relaxing steam and Jakuzi. You also can get a relaxing shower after or before you training.
And you will train blast with the load music.
You also get a towel in the amazing gym.
Of course all machines are new.
In the ground floor there is a very good swimming pool so you can swim in this hot weather.
My advise for all the people living or visiting in Bahrain must to visit the Elite resort and spa.response / report this review -

Check-in time is supposed to be at 14:00 but I didn't get the room until 14:45.
The room smelled bad because of the kitchen. Housekeeping tried to help with air refreshing but didn't help much.
Otherwise, it was a good experience. Kids enjoyed swimming pools. Breakfast buffet was nice. Shaded parking lots was a plus.response / report this review -

Excellent Location.
We got a free upgrade of our Room with a Balcony.
We had a Wonder full View with the sea on both sides.
The Room is Neat, Clean and Spacious.
Well trained Staff.
The Facilities are well maintained. Nice Restaurant at the seaside with good Food.
Little bit of refurbishment required, like maintaining the plumbing and getting new Bathroom Towels.
Improving the strength of WiFi also to be taken care as it was getting disconnected frequently.response / report this review -

It is very chilled. The pool bar is amazing with a beautiful view. All bartenders are friendly and social makes you feel like home. Especially Sudhir. He helped us out a lot and we enjoyed his company.

They have special rooms that are fully wheelchair accessible with an accessible bathroom and wide corridors.
They have good food and exceptional staff services. They helped us with the wheelchair every day.
The only nuisance was that there was a loud wedding music band that played on one of our nights there until 2am!!

I have one point. I indicated in my booking that the number if guests is 7. Further, I have included a special note indicating very clearly that I require beds sufficient for 7 persons. Unfortunately, I have been told upon arrival that I have beds good for 6 people and they will see if there is an extra bed available and that I have to pay extra charge.
I'm just wondering what is the use of prebooking and specifying my requirements if at all instances I will be shocked by the fact that the suite I booked comes with 6 beds??!!!response / report this review -

Must go to la brasserie and pool side restaurant.. it's the best food I ever tasted specially during the weekend nights.. staffs are very friendly and helpful. Great view.. sure i will visit more often..
