I was there for my second dose vaccine for Covid-19. It is good for medical service . And it's under ministry of health.

Some doctors here are not into the patients concern particularly stating the facts and history of illness. I went on 2nd opinion on a private clinic and their findings are correct on what i am feeling. Yes I know that this is a public clinic/service but please do your job correctly. Hopefully they would do better same as on private clinics.

If there will be a negative for the rate I will do it. I went today for a check up since I am not feeling well. I came from Dr. Hala (Room 6) when my rapid test was negative. When i entered the room she sent me back to the same room I went for ECG. After the result I went back to her and she did not even told me to sit down so she can explain to me the result. Directly, she said its NORMAL. I was like "okay. and then?" I was waiting for her to at least check my heart beat, ask more info. C'mon! don't waste your parents effort and money just to sustain your education then the outcome is disaster. I went to Bahrain specialist on the same day for a 2nd opinion since I was unsatisfied with Dr.Hala, the doctor from the private hospital did something what supposed Dr.Hala do. I was diagnosed Panic attack, hyper Ventilation the same what my doctor from Philippines said 8yrs ago. And not only that, the doctor from Bahrain Specialist added what to do if in case this will happen again and what to avoid to prevent this from happening again. See? the difference between from Private doctors and Public doctors. But, both are well paid. How about the people who got sick and cannot afford to go to a private doctors? They will get NOTHING health care from you!!

The staff in mother and child dont know how to treat the patient nicely, they are always shouting. They need to have training in terms of service. This is not happened to me only once but every time i visit they are acting like that. They are educated but no manners.

Staff always give incomplete and wrong information, for single appointment you will have to visit 2 3 times, very arrogant and rude behaviour towards patients

Reception staff and also the nurses in child's Care are very rude. Very slow in service.. they are sitting and chatting and using mobile while on duty. Need some respect for thier patience.

Hoora health Center is government medical centre for people’s who lives in Gudhaibiya and Hoora area (If your address in CPR belongs to that area) where they are giving treatments for free of cost for nationality’s and foreigners. It has pharmacy with wheel chair access.
