Tasty food and not expensive. The place is big there a lot of choice where to sit (in front + inside with 2 big rooms, possibility to smoke inside second room). Best for birthday parties + meeting with colleagues.

The pizza "kro" was really nice, I liked the ingredients. However, there was no smoke free area, so I became quite nauseous of all the smoke in the area. Also, we had to wait a bit longer than anticipated; it took a while before the drinks were served, and knife and fork arrived after the dish.

Serving pasta without parmesan cheese and charging like half of the price of the pasta, extra for it? Really? Bad service as well, and they tip themselves without asking. The most plain pasta I have ever eaten, even the expensive cheese did not make it better 😂 Poor

Undercooked food, glasses smelling awful andrea staff that issue very unhappy to serve your food. It is issued dirty and smelly. I won't come to back. Definitely.

This place used to be so much better 20 years ago! I was disappointed for the following reasons:
1) if you have a child and need a high chair, don't even dream the place would have one! And this place is popular among families.
2) NO AC in the middle of the hot summer! If you sit inside, you end up marinating in your own sweat as the place doesn't even offer fans or an AC!
3) no French fries? Yes, they didn't have any! So surprising the place had ran out of French fries by 9pm!
4) The food was so-so and not good enough and not delicious enough for the prices!
Overall, I wouldn't recommend the place to anybody, especially foreigners who are used to a different kind of service and environment!response / report this review -

Love the pizza at this place, but the desert Bacio Bianco such disappointment!! Instead of mascarpone cream and white chocolate they use whipped cream. The waitress answer was it's delivered like this to us. Wtf so change the deliver company. Care about your customers!

I loved going to UGO back in the days, however in my last visit, the food wasn't as delicious as I remember it. One of the nice things is the staff which is always extremely busy and always extra polite. It was still pleasure to visit, but the food quality needs a bump.

The staff was extremely impolite - no smile, no eye contact, nothing. We are 20 years old and they were looking down on us as if we wouldn't be able to pay the bill. Moreover, the food was no better. We ordered sauteed potatos with butter and the potatos were spicy which they forgot to mention. Big dissatifaction!

These prices are insanity high for the mediocre quality of the food! At least the staff doesn't screw around. The service was quite adequate, but sure as hell ain't going back there! Seen twice as cheap places with twice as good food!
