Quiet and yet close to the center. However, another guest called our room by mistake at 4 am and would not get off the phone. Not the hotel's fault, but it's never happened at any other hotel. Parking is also an issue.

The room is very big and the location is great. Many restaurants and shops close by. I will stay again if I have the chance to re-visit Sofia.

I wish the breakfast has salad.

maybe one of the best location choices in sofia. to close to the center and to close to some really interesting restaurants and bars. the hotel is clean, the breakfast is nice. I should mention that the stuff wasn't friendly. You should try the studio is bigger than a simle room and almost the same price.

The Hotel is a great 3 stars! The breakfast is good and better than some reviews I read. Our room was wide and clean, with a little terrace (but it was too cold to stay outside!).
Staff is good and the position is awesome!
The towels are the only bad thing, clean but old.

Great value for money. The hotel is brand new, nice and clean with modern interior design. The location cannot be any better, 1-2min walk from the famous Vitosha Blvd. the staff is very welcoming and friendly. No surprise they have high occupancy. I enjoyed my stay as much as if it was a five star property. The room comes with a small kitchen, which was a pleasant surprise. The balcony was nice and relatively big, with no special view, but it had a comfortable table and chairs and was very romantic. The breakfast was offered as a part of the package. The food was good, tasty, good variety, but the presentation can be improved. The stay was absolutely enjoyable and will definitely repeat. Could have put 6 stars if I could.

Staff were friendly and dealt with all my questions even before I stayed. They helped sort out my transfer and we're so polite. The room was lovely and it was clean and no issues with anything. I loved the size of the room it was so spacious. Definitely recommend staying here
