Our vacation was totally ruined when one of the girls I was with, got food poisoning, like a lot of the rooms around us-there was an ambulance on the spot for the same problem. We wanted to talk to the hotel manager and waited for 40 minutes at the reception. He did not want to face us, and we were forced to leave because the girl's health was not getting better. After I left my phone with the receptionist, the alleged "manager" phoned me without introducing himself. I asked how we would be compensated for the damage they've done to my friend - this is when the manager began to question me what my friend had eaten, and had the impudence to quote a batch number for the mushrooms, and let me know that he had eaten the same thing, and she and all other rooms in the hotel had allergies. Unacceptable attitude to clients and immorality - these are the "professionals" of Select Velingrad Hotel!
But let me describe the hotel a little bit more - in documents and advertising the hotel is 4 stars, in reality can only cover 2. Even though we arrived after the check-in time, the room was not fully prepared - there wasn't a single towel. Rooms are extremely old, with holes in the carpet, there are even places where the carpet is missing.You can only depend on two night lamps that are weaker than the flashlight on my phone. The staff of the hotel and the restaurant are extremely rude and impolite. The "all inclusive" includes only food, but not water. Think well before you give your money, mess up your vacation and risk your health!response / report this review -

The hotel was nice, but we had a problem with our reservation on arrival. The clients were mostly families with young children so it was a bit noisy. The hotel has many facilities, swimming pool, sauna, aroma therapy, fitness (soon), tennis playground, etc. I do recommend it.

Ne ja zasluzuva ni ednata zvezda ama ete 1 zatoa sto e edinstven odvraten hotel so neusluzliv personal drski i bezobrazni.
Recepcija personal nesoodvetno obleceni i ne zboruvaat na nitu eden jazik osven nivniot bugarski.
Hrana poveke od mizerija ni domasnite zivotni ne jadat takva hrana.
Vraboteni i sluzalki na hrana rabotata dorucek rucek i uzina pusat cigara na veranda i se vrakaat nazad na vecera.Obleceni na koj kako mu doslo.Kodeks na oblakanje mislovna imenka.Kapa na sluzalkite za hrana mislovna imenka.Lebot go nosat na razgoleni gradi i ti treba da zemes da jades.Na decata im nudat rakija i uzo a na vozrasnite voda i toa samo navecer i pod uslov ako ima koj da go smeni balonot so voda ako ne ti vika imas cesma.Casi ako se izmieni a tanjiri site iskrseni i ne domieni.Odvratno.Sobite ne gi ni cistat ama zato rovarat po kuferite so cel da ne najdat nesto sto ke im se bendisa.A za tasnite prvi se na meta.Proverka na finansiski del.Sopstvenikot ne uspea za 5 dena da se pojavi ni da te udostoi so razgovor ili objasnuvanje zosto plakame all inclusive a dobivame porcijaski obroci i toa ne sekogas zatoa sto moze i da snema.Uzinata im se sostoi of 10par alva za 150 gosti.Zalosno za lugeto sto plakaat i sto im se upropastuva odmorot i sto odvoile nekoe parice.NE NI POMISLUVAJTE NA NEGO NITI STAVAJTE GO VO KOMBINACIJA DA UPLATITE.Mislam deka treba da go nema ili seriozni luge da go prevzemat i seriozno da go vodat , no se od koren da se pocne da se izbrka cel personal i da se zemat seriozni luge koi sakaat vistinski da rabotat da ti se nasmevnat i ona sto go vetuvaat da go ispolnat.response / report this review -

We have been 2 nights there-double standard room.
Staff very nice, pool with hot mineral water with mountain view really nice, SPA great.
Small rooms, not so clean, small fridge, without safe,
Food sometimes cold, standard choice.

Great value for money indoor mineral baths and sauna. Wonderful views of the Rhodopi mountains.
