The services are not so great and the staff not very polite as it was several years before. The meals are nothing special and overall the hotel is getting older. Some of the spa zones were closed and the toilet in our room was moving. The wallpaper was ripped and there was hair in the clean sheets in the bed.

Competence on Reception poorSpa equipment very good, Restaurant OK
Hotel is quit. I don't understand why on breakfast 7 waiters are standing arround by self service and the reception desk which must manage all things is just equiped by one personand you have allways to wait at least 5 -10 min. Very nice loocking gamble room, but don't play Pool, because no triangle, missing balls disaster!
Room and bath room on first view look good. But all installations are so cheap, that work not very long time. Broken things are not repaired.shower 🚿 for examplePrice is OK but it's not "royal"response / report this review -

Day 1 - so far, so good! ;)

Good spa, many pools, the forest was close and the air was fresh. The food in the hotel restaurant lacked variaty though. Some of the staff were very polite but some were not. Parking space was limited. Some of the guests were smoking in the oitside pool area very close to children and non smokers. In general i think smoking should have been prohibited in the spa and pool areas.

Very cozy hotel with attention to details. The atmosphere is nice, people are friendly and the spa is good. However room service needs improvement and some of the staff is not helpful.
