Very good mix of Spa&Sun inbetwen the mountains. Service is not on the top, but the features makes you forget small inconvenience. Check-in is late 1400. For lunch is better to walk to the village. Pools are great!

Very poor service. Food is disgusting. Kid's room is dirty. I will never come back again.

Visited the SPA after ski - very nice , a bit steep price for non guest of the hotel 35 bgn for adult and 15bgn for child, but the natural mineral water, the variety of b aths and saunas was worth. It is also very child friendly, my son had a great time, especially enjoying the cold tub and the shock shower.

Four stars because we had a great vacation there. The location close to the Bansko ski resort and spa area with thermal swimming pools and sauna were great. However the lodging, despite having a luxury apartment, was below three stars rating.
Still a recommendable place to stay in the Bansko area, especially as a family with kids.response / report this review -

Gets worse over time regarding kids accommodation and attractions. Even towels for kids were not available. But overall a nice place for a family vacation.
