An Ok hotel. Location is ok, but surroundings at present are a bit shabby. Hotel is secure despite shabby neighbourhood. Well appointed rooms, modern but old fashioned modern decor. Lighting is a bit dim. Bathroom excellent. No kettle is room. TV programmes rubbish if you are expecting at least BBC world news - you will not get it. Views from rooms not available. Breakfast OK, nothing special.

Hotel Ego was an amazing experience. The location is perfect. Close to a lot, very clean, wonderful staff! We highly recommend booking with them- excellent value.

Wonderfully clean common areas and great European style breakfast at this hotel. The carpet in our room was a little sticky and old but, all in all very comfortable stay at a very low price.

The best mid-range hotel I've stayed at in BG. Clean. Well-maintained. Terrific bath & shower. Two minute walk to the restaurant XIX Vek (19th Century).

I was there customer for the last 2 years ,today i request early check-in whit 4hours and they told me that can not be done,because is too many hours even if the room will stay empty,and all so the guy even did not try too make something about it,and i am an old customer they do not know definitely how to make business,all site and review they will get big 0
