very nice location, beautifully decorated spaces, but there is always an ugly scent and also there are rooms without windows.The owner is not friendly, almost rude, leaving unlucky, ugly customer experience. Sooo PITY😑

Don't order any drinks, they don't know how to do them. E.g. I ordered a Old Fashion, and it was made out of orange juice. I complained, and the waitress just disappeared somewhere. Weird service. View is great, though.

Unbelievably rude owner/manager who also happened to serve us! I don't think I've ever encountered such a badly behaved host. We went to this place with the hope for a nice breakfast on the terrace only to be shamelessly ripped off and embarrassed in front of our friends who we brought there.
We were RIDICULOUSLY overcharged for the most basic breakfast you could imagine (think simple eggs, a few slices of tomato, cheese, coffee and fresh OJ) - 100BGN for 4 people. Totally insane for Bulgaria, even for a hotel. For comparison - the previous night we had dinner at a super nice restaurant, right on the main street, with starters, meat main courses, cocktails, tequila shots, what not - all for 180BGN for the 4 of us
We will never ever go there again and you'd better not either.response / report this review -

wonderful location in the heart of the old city of plovdiv, the hotel has a trace restaurant overlooking city, they are offering a very good food and an extraordinary landscape

The bed looked good at the pictures, but was broken. There were no windows in the room and the personnel charged almost the same money as I paid for a room without no reason, at the moment my bank investigates the case

The hotel and location are beautiful, but the staff is completely unprofessional and the hotel manager is extremely rude! They charged us twice for the room by withdrawing money in an unauthorized way from our credit card after the rooms were already paid for! This equals theft. I would avoid this place by all means-- the unprofessional attitude can totally ruin your Bulgaria experience

So that is quite good looking place, very nice interior and decoration. However personnel is absolutely not friendly and even rude. I went here after a long walk through the historic center of Plovdiv and was very surprised to find no reasoned contemptuous attitude of the staff to the customers. You do not need our money? Not a problem. Nearby are many places where customers are waiting with a smile and open arms. Do not advise anyone this restaurant if you do not want to spoil the mood.
