A normal hotel without superior rooms. Breakfast ok. Coffee not good

Ideally located for people arriving in Plovdiv by train or bus, next to Markovo Tepe Mall and the Hall of Culture and at easy walking distance to central town inc. Kapana with its many shops an the historic old town.

Breakfast was supposed to be until 10. We were at the breakfast room at 9 and almost everything had finished and they wouldn't replace it. They only answered "sorry it's finished"

Rooms are ok, would not recommend breakfast, as it was bland and tasteless. The coffee was made from powder, the juice just some colored water with traces of flavour. Reception desk staff was helpful and nice.

High level service and a great restaurant (food). The rooms are very good and some of them have jacuzzi.

The hotel seemed nice, the room was large and well appointed. The restaurant food was lovely and the staff there were cheerful. Unfortunately the temperature in the room (and throughout the hotel) seemed to be stuck at 26 Celsius and the aircon would not do anything about it. The bathroom shower fitting was questionable and a lot of spray went everywhere. There was no apparent room service or indication of how to contact reception from the room.
