  Very nice and cosy place to stay. Service is very good and so is the food. Water in the pool is warm and mineral. Ventilation in this area is a bit poor. It corresponds 100% to its name "boutique" and "family" - different from other mass offers, which makes it unique. One of my top discoveries this summer. Ideal for families with kids.

  the water in the pool is warm, the food is very tasty and the rooms are clean and warm. We loved the time spent in the hotel!

  It is located out of Bansko..the reception closes after 11 and there is no staff to the Spa!! All in all is a good value for Money!
