I had been here for a simple lump on my neck and they gave me appointments by appointments for 4 months and they told me that its not a big disease. Very bad and not friendly staffs on the counter.

Zeer slechte ervaring nooit meer

Een zeer onaangename ervaring op chirurgisch gebied; ondermaats inzake pre-operatief onderzoek. De operatie zelf was volledig gefaald. De operatie werd opnieuw gedaan met een véél modernere techniek en kennis in een ander gasthuis.
Sommigen van het verplegend personeel zijn onbekwaam in omgang, respect en verzorging. Bijvoorbeeld: Sssht zoveel pijn kan je niet hebben. OF die kan gaan hij mankeert niets aan zijn benen. Ik was bewusteloos gevallen bij de post-operatieve X-ray waar de mislukte operatie zich uitte. Wat mij en mijn bezoek al duidelijk was.
De behandelende chirurg gebaarde van kromme haas maar kom als macho Dr. voor de stagiaires pronken moet kunnen als trauma arts, kwestie van prioriteiten.
Traumatiserende ervaring na een trauma. Ongehoord.

Got attended there, didn't received any invoice to pay by the attendent. Now 3 months later they want to throw me on court claming that I received the invoice and didn't paid. 0 for the reception staff

The patience and humanity of the staff is so heartwarming and supportive in difficult moments. But at the same time to the point and informative. It made the inevitable more easy to accept and process.
