The rooms are quite comfortable and clean. The breakfast is in the average.however, The price seems quite high if compared to the level of services and the location.

Not sure how this hotel could get 4 stars. Instead of duvet they have some old blankets as you can see on the picture.No value for the money. On the other hand Receptionist and other staff are doing good job. But the hotel itself it not fourstar. So dont expect much.

They were painting rooms during our stay so there was the smell of paint throughout the hotel. Room was very nice.

Great experience - good service, clean and spacious enough room, clean and warm bathroom. All you could ask for on a cold day in Brussels. A bit noisy in the morning since the window is facing the street. Would recommend!

The hotel was ok, nothing bad however the hotel was expanded into a new building and if you have a choice ask for a room in the new side, for obvious reasons. Parking is a nightmare but that's Brussels for ya!

This hotel has no service at all. I feel the front desk lady has no function at all. We made a simple request that the windows cannot be locked, (which cause us insecure), and need hotel to send some one to check it. The lady (Costino) lie to us three times and try to send us away. Her lie include, there is only one person serving all rooms, our windows is totally fine, all of the rooms are fully booked. All of the answers are turned out to be lies. After this, the attitude we receive from the front desk lady was " you can sue we if you want".

If you are someone hoping for a nice staying for vacation, this hotel is totally not your choice. The service of this hotel will totally offer you terrible mood. Terrible service, Terrible Attitude, and Terrible Management.

Very nice hotel, clean and more reasonably priced than comparable hotels. Free shuttle to Brussels airport. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Hope to stay here again. Easy bus service between hotel and main Brussels railroad station. Several nice restaurants nearby.
