Left my broken camera to be sent to Nikon Belgium, the estimation of the repair costs took more than 2 months instead of the usual 10 days. After calling and not receiving any information from the shop for those 2 months, I wrote them an email and they sent me back the bill. Not professional at all to keep your customers in the dark and to send the bill after being asked 5 times to do so. I lost time in the shop, waiting more than 25 min for someone to talk to and I lost time, calling and writing emails. No compensation offered and I am still waiting to get my camera back.

Camera shop in downtown Brussels. Has a great selection of second hand gear for people on a budget.
