Such a magnificent and large building. Wonderful palace for a courthouse. Unfortunately, it is always in renovation.

A gigantic, still in use, courthouse with a fabulous architecture on the outside & in. It is now in restoration. What a beauty!

Imposing building for sure, some parts look like horror film decorations. Too bad the dome is under construction. Might not be that interesting by itself, but the walk towards it and enjoying the views of Brussels from the hill absolutely worth it.

A controversial building - size alone doesn't have to be beautiful, and the idea to build such a monster on a hill is just crazy. But it's there so we have to deal with it (and renovate it from time to time, instead of leaving it in scaffolding which is in place so long that it now has to be renovated itself!)

Massive, imposing building and worth a visit. The main dome is covered in scaffolding but still impressive. A local friend said the dome has been under renovation so long the scaffolding is rusted together. Still classic building to visit and check out. I walked here from grand place and saw lots of interesting things on the way. It was an easy safe walk one of the pictures is from the walk just before you arrive at the building

incredibly huge building looking abandoned and held up by scaffolding which was put in place many years ago as a start to renovations which were never completed. do not be scared though, you can walk into the main entrance safely and see the huge staircases and statues.

Amazing architecture and stunning views. You can see atomium from here which is 3 miles away.
