Mediamarkt as a whole is great, but this place is overly packed, and effectively cramped. Customer service can be okay, but often they're disinterested and don't apologize for mistakes made by them.

A good example on why people buy more and more often their electronics online. Rude staff, with a very basic knowledge of the material they are selling. Prices are OK but ALWAYS compare them with prices online. For some products, prices might be cheap but for some other they might be completely over the top.
