Totally amazing. Great rooms, great spa, great dining restaurant. The lounge spaces were excellent for me and my family to enjoy. Helpful staff and a perfect location for exploring this amazing city.

I stayed there for Gent Jazz. Big, comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast. It's a nice hotel to stay in.

Tastefully built. Lovely interiors. Helpful staff, good service. Excellent location, just a 5 mins walk from the city center. Pricey, though. And not tried food there, given choices around.

One of the most beautiful hotels in the city. Classic but clean, nice and really friendly staff. Has a gastronomic restaurant and everything is just tip-top!

Very friendly folks, hotel is clean and tidy. Room was nice, bed good and bathroom spotless. Also asked during the booking to cheer up to room with pictures of baby koala's and kittens, results were perfect:

Very comfortable for a long stay, provided you book one of the larger rooms. Hotel staff are excellent, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is amazing and the chef prepares excellent fare for dinner. It can be tough to find parking on site if you work late, so be prepared to park elsewhere in that event. (St. Nicholas parking garage is a short walk towards the city center.)
If you are driving in, be sure to plan your route ahead of time. Do NOT rely on in car or mobile GPS navigation. It will route you the wrong way down one-way streets and sometimes not allow routing on streets that are perfectly legal to use, also the traffic patterns are changing for the city center on April 3rd, 2017. So check the official tourism website for updated maps.

Beautiful place in a great location, the hotel has outstanding service and beautiful rooms. The restaurant's service doesn't live up to the rest of the hotel and may cloud your stay. You want to eat somewhere else. Good but small spa.

Excellent hotel in Gent. Very friendly service, great old building, immaculately clean. Rooms are very spacious, excellent bathroom and wonderful sauna and spa. Well equipped large bar. I love the excellent restaurant!
