Convenient if your business is around the place and you are not planning to go out at night. The hotel is some distance away from everything, even a convenience store. However, it is within a walking distance from Gare du Nord (North Station), which has frequent service (3 and 4 on the metro) to the Zuidstation (Brussels Midi-Zuid).

Good hotel, but there were three points. First, the room full of mosquitoes. Second, there is no air conditioning. Third, you have to pay €25 for parking per day.

I booked a double bed room, I Arrived and was given two twin beds. I thought this was a simple misunderstading, called reception and was treated like a beggar. Basically she implied I was lucky to have this room as 3/4 floor have air condition. The room with a double bed has no air condition. So my choice air condition or double bed. When I explained to her that I'd just like the room I ordered and I expect double bed and Ac she acted like I was being picky "we are offering you double bed, you don't want it".
Although rooms are nice and clean I don't appreciate the false advertisement and treating me like they are doing me a favor (apparently I was "upgraded" to a room with Ac.
I'm here on a business trip, just want a nice regular sized bed to rest, will not return.response / report this review -

I stayed 3 nights from 04-07/08/2017, and I have mentioned below comments;
1- Not all Rooms with air conditioning.
2- Check in lady staff was not cooperative. All my requests were refused by her, for example I requested for connecting rooms, she said the hotel is full, while other staff said there is vacant connecting rooms?!.
3- In the check in process, No luggage boy there, but in check out they have one.
4- There is No food variety in the Breakfast, every day same menu.

Rooms are big enough and cleaned. The breakfast is very rich and variegated. The structure is near the center of the city (2 km circa).

Good rooms to reasonable prices. Good loaction if you are going to Tour & Taxis for an event. Otherwise one of the worse areas in Brussels.

Excellent hotel in what seems to be in a very financial area. Only 5 minutes walk to bus and train station. Hotel has great ammenities and staff at the reception desk are very helpful.

1st star for the entrance cause it looked good, 2nd star for the friendly staff. The rest is just ok. The rooms are old and tend to be tiny, the noise is really annoying there's no isolation what so ever. My room had a view on the park and oh god, the window doesn't block any sound! I asked to change the room they said sorry we're fully booked. I think this hotel is good for 1-2 days conference. Bathrooms are clean-ish, since the hotel is old the bathroom floor and the lines between the tiles are dirty and they don't give you slippers. The bath feels like you wouldn't really want to take a bath. Shower head is broken from the top tiles on the wall are cracked. There's no climate or air conditioning, opening the window for more noise to get some fresh air. Bed not as comfy as you want. Furniture is old. Did I forget to say there's no fridge?

I was here for a conference. The room was adequate, maybe not totally four star. No minibar, no coffee machine. Good bed. Renovated bathroom; it's never a smart idea to paint over tiles, but for the rest it was fine. Excellent food during the conference.

I wouldn't call it a 4* hotel. They didn't have a fridge in every room(had to stay a month without a fridge) and I also had to ask them to give me a pair of slippers. There were some cleaning ladies that kept entering my room without knocking at the door, even though there was the DND sign at the door .. Most of the staff members were very friendly. Also, the bed was not that confortable and it had wheels(felt like in a hospital).
