Fairly nice budget hotel with a good breakfast and lounge area. Rooms facing the street are a little noisy due to bad seals around the windows, but some other rooms are OK. Staff reasonably helpful & friendly.

Room looked better in the pictures. Reasonable price close to the train station. Shower head didn’t stay up right. If I was staying more than one day I would have complained. ‘Superior room’ didn’t seem that when I got there

I selected the hotel because if the central location with walking distance to the Midi Station, as well as to the old town. The room was clean but it looked way better on the website. Bathroom had a bath/shower combo with an unexplained leak when in use, with water pooling on the floor. Five stars for service, breakfast was included, and requests for a wake up call and a cab were timely. Perfect for one-night layover stays. For a long term I would look for a different place to stay.

Room for improvement here. The lobby area and breakfast area including the breakfast were faultless. The corridor and stairs to our room need an upgrade and the room didn't feel safe next to the fire escape where the fire door was always open.

The hotel is ok but the location is great. Especially if you like beer. There are a lot of great restaurants around with outdoor sitting.

Location was near the railway but surrounded area was not good. You will not feel safe to go out late. Bathrooms stick and shower was without curtain. Room was big, lots of space to mover around. Brackfast was OK for vegetarian people.

THIS HOTEL WAS THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. THEY PROVIDED EXPIRED YOGURT AND THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE! IN ADDITION TO THAT, THE ROOMS WERE VERY SMALL AND UNSANITARY!!! THE WIFI WAS ALSO VERY SLOW AND THE BATHROOMS WERE DISGUSTING! THE ELEVATORS WERE ALSO VERY SMALL. THIS HOTEL IS VERY CRAPPY AND INSTEAD OF IT BEING A THREE STAR HOTEL, IT SHOULD BE ONE!!!

A good option for a short stay. Good quality rooms at cheap prices. Though amenities are not there, place is good and affordable for students.

Good location. Nice breakfast included. Machines in lobby for drink and snacks. Midi station less than 10 mins walk. Old Brussels 15 mins.
Not luxury but clean and presentable. Very Good for the money.

The hotel staff were courteous and the hotel is very decent. However, the hotel's location is a bit edgy even though it's close to Bruxelles-Midi railway station. Also, my room had little to none WiFi reception. They serve a good breakfast.
