Amenities for Gold members include free wi-fi, breakfast, & concierge lounge. Breakfast is in the main restaurant on weekends & full American. In the lounge during the week it is basically scrambled eggs, bacon, drinks, cereal, pastries, fruit & light meat/cheese. The evening snack was simple but hearty (i.e meatballs). The hotel itself is nice, close to public transportation & in a safe area. The rooms are comfortable, but cleaning service was not a priority. Upon check-in we noted food crumbs (quarter sized) on the floor and hair in the bathroom. The linens were clean and that's what I care about. I would stay here again.

Fantastic hotel! We loved it for our 4 night stay. There were some kinks, but the staff was SO on top of it that everything was fine in a matter of minutes.
The only issues were:
1. The breakfast downstairs was awful compared to the lounge breakfast. The eggs were completely soupy, so much so that a pregnant lady can't even look at them. Also, the bacon looked like it was boiled. Super bummer because again, what to eat when it's all undercooked? :(
2. The Jr. Suite had an adjoining door. The sound was hilarious. You're basically in the same room with the neighbors lol you might as well invite them and their horrible perfumes into your evening.
Aside from those two things, we loved the Renaissance and are planning more stays with this hotel brand, instead of our traditional Marriott.response / report this review -

Really amazing hotel, loved the rooms and the swimming pool. Great customer service, all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Only thing was the breakfast was not that great as they have limited options.

Nice hotel in clean tidy part of city about ten minutes walk from central station. Facilities are good with clean pool and sauna. Food in the onsite restaurant was good and not overly expensive. Staff are helpful and attentive.

Very good hotel, gym and pool available. It's value accommodation. Have not tried the breakfast. Great ironing board. Free WiFi Bd water on checkin. Express checkout available.

Complimentary gym with sauna, swimming pool, lockers. Our room was big with fridge, kettle and complimentary coffee.

Nice, clean rooms with excellent views and comfortable amenities. The front desk is very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast selection is great and the food is fresh and delicious. Highly recommended!
