Good for meetings, very convenient for public transport and shops
Excellent location, near Central Station , very clean, nice breakfast!!
Service was good, room was a good size and clean. The shower was good but the fit out somewhat dated.
This hotel was a bit disappointing to us. Our family stayed in two rooms and one room had basically no lighting. The air conditioner in one room was also so noisy that it could not be used. Other items also needed repair. Very basic rooms. Fridges in the rooms did not keep things cold.
Best price/luxury rate in town. Great breakfast
Not the cleanest place I've been to. Mini bar is not a fridge everything in there has room temperature. Overall the place needs to be renovated. Front desk and bar look nice but the rest is average at the most. Breakfast is nothing special but ok.
I wouldn't recommend to stay there longer than one night.
Good place to stay for a shorter amount of time! Staff polite. Location amazing. Beds very comfy. Poorly cleaned in some places.
Great place, even more if you're traveling by train.
Location excellent, really showing its age though, bath was tiny and not sealed, mini bar was actually more like a small oven, nothing was ever cold in it.. and it was never refilled, probably just as well to be honest. They are upgrading it, maybe give it a try in a couple of months?
The room I was originally given had the bathroom flooded, still leaking water from the roof. They changed and gave me a big and nice suite as compensation.
Nice hotel, well located, getting slightly old but being refurbished.
Breakfast can be improved, short selection.
Really a three star hotel not four. Great location with good breakfast and wi-fi but rooms are poorly lit and showing their age. Only heating in bedrooms is an AC unit that leaves the air very dry.
It's a wolf in sheep's clothing. They market themselves as a four star but really they're a three. I'd say that's my largest gripe. I'd probably not mind so much if they labeled themselves correctly. To be fair, it was cheaper than the Hilton and Radisson.
The toilets were shoddy with dirty tiles. The fittings were worn out. Towels were frayed. I've seen better at the Ibis.
Staff were friendly, so that's a plus, I guess.
All in all, not really worth the money.
