Superb location proximity to bus, trains, metro. The room is very quiet and comfortable. Staff was friendly and the breakfast is very satisfactory. Cannot find any cons in this hotel!

The hotel is very convenient if you're arriving in Brussels by train, since it's part of the station complex. Although we had to go round the outside in the rain since we didn't see any signs pointing to the entrance within the station.

The staff were pleasant and friendly and overall the impression we got from the hotel was of it being quite fresh and modern, but without being stark and uncomfortable. Our room was very nice, we found the bed very comfortable. We particularly liked the large shower and separate toilet.

Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of hot and cold items, delicious bread and freshly-made waffles.

It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the Grand Place, but it's easy to find your way and there are taxis, buses, trams and the metro right outside the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay, the team at the reception was very, very friendly, helpful and welcoming, one of my best hotel experiences so far.
The rooms had a good design and everything was clean. The hotel is very quiet although it is directly located above the train station.
The only thing that could still be improved is the breakfast, the eggs were cold and not properly boiled (almost raw) - but the whole experience in the hotel was very good and I definitely can recommend it!

I had a business lunch at the Victor Restaurant. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The lunch was served in a short delay as promised on their billboard.
The pasta Genovèse was tasteful but a bit under seasoned (the pesto could be more pronounced), the main course (some fish) was nice, it would have been perfect if the skin was crispy. Overall a good price - quality for the lunch. Though I would not want to pay the normal price for these dishes. But at €29 it was definitely okay. Wine was pretty expensive.

The Pullman interiors at all levels are very contemporary and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and the hotel is excellently located for people who want to travel within Brussels and outside. Train and metro a few metres away. At the same time the hotel is very quiet and has all the required amenities.

Great contemporary hotel in a convenient location Both the public spaces (lobby, bar, restaurant) and the rooms have an up to date look and feel - making it the perfect place to spend a weekend in style in Brussels. The location, inside the Midi train station, makes it easy to get around the city (and the country): within 5 minutes of the hotel you have a taxi stand, subway station, bus station, train station and the high speed train station with connections to France, UK and The Netherlands. Definitely recommended. Use the Accor website to find promotions before booking. Picture of my room (827) below.

Really great- access straight from the station, nice clean bright large room with really comfy bed and a great shower. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. We went on to stay in a different hotel that was twice the price and half the luxury so this hotel was really great. The breakfast however is really expensive!! So we got a croissant from the station. Nice coffee and tea in the room too!

Conveniently located near Midi Train Station, the hotel has excellent connection with Brussels airport. Very pleasant design, excellent restaurant, spacious clean and quiet rooms. Breakfast offers a good variety of choices. Meeting rooms are well equipped. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious, very clean and well equipped. We had upgraded to a superior room for the 2 nights of our stay. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel, as at €22, I found it to be expensive. Instead, there were a number of restaurants opposite the hotel and a number of cafes in the shopping area attached to the hotel. Check out was 12 noon and the hotel reception were only too happy to store our cases and bags, until our departure, early evening. Overall, I would say it was a very enjoyable stay.

A wonderful reception, a gentleman named Tom was more than helpful and friendly, he even went out of his way to tell us about some places we should check out, and wrote the names down on some paper, the room was clean and the shampoo and shower gel was replenished every single day, a nice touch.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff, I cannot find a fault.

The stay started off horrible because there was this rude receptionist at the welcome desk. We arrived around 10am and she insisted we could not check in any earlier than 2pm unless we paid an extra amount of 49 euros. We obviously refused but she was so unhelpful. She offered no other options but was instead forcing us to leave our bags with her.

After she left we decided to try another receptionist. This one was absolutely fantastic!! Her name is ALFANI. She was such a delight, and so helpful. She told us there was a room ready but it was a bigger suite and charged us the upgrade fee which was less than the 49Euros the other lady was offering. And when we told her it was my sister's birthday she offered us the upgrade for free. She even sent up some biscuits and a birthday card signed by the security team as well. She is such a lovely woman and you are very lucky to have her on your team, she made our stay so much better, and please tell her we said thank you.

The room was brilliant, the view was awesome and the stay was great!

A very convenient hotel - well placed for Brussels. The room and everywhere in the hotel was spotless. It was well supplied with everything we needed . Fantastic pillows and 2 of them! (So many hotels give you one rather thin one).
The staff were so helpful and all spoke excellent English. We asked them quite a lot of questions and they patiently answered them all.
I would definitely recommend your hotel. Thank you for a great break

Not a bad spot. Beds aren't all that comfortable, but they really have attention to detail and are very professional. I like the way you check-in (a little more personable than most places) and the building is well decorated. As someone from out of country, I did not feel safe outside of the hotel about 2 blocks away (once you leave the area with large buildings) after dark. I've been to some rough areas, but this area is very strange after dark. Absolutely no worries during the day.
