  Dishwasher broke so breakfast was like Faulty Towers food no plates no cups when arrived no hot water etc and not enough staff to deal with the 2coaches that was in But very nice clean and modern

  The rooms are fantastic! It's the staff that is totally horrible and useless. We smelled sigaret smoke coming out of the bathroom, the front desk did nothing. Not even after complaining twice. The breakfast was even worse. There was no bread, nothing to put on, no cups and just nothing. When you confront the staff it's the mistake of the guests for all coming at once. Then they change it to a too small kitchen.
  
  They really have to change the staff!
  There is a card where they say: please tell us we want to make it right? Well not here!

  The beds were too narrow, you can fell down during your sleep. The whole room seemed kind of battered.

  Nice clean rooms, confortable beds.
  Located close a busy street so that may be bothersome for some rooms.
  Altogether a good value for money.

  Im Rahmen eines Kurzurlaubes waren wir im Best Western Hotel in Wavre.
  
  Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins nahe Brüssel, den Freizeitpark Walibi oder den Wasserpark Aqualibi.
  
  Die Zimmer sind Standard und waren recht sauber, jedoch nicht perfekt gereinigt. Es gibt TV mit 3 deutschen Sendern (ARD, ZDF und RTL) und W-Lan mit ordentlicher Performance.
  
  Das Hotel ist nicht zu hellhörig und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
  
  Nach einer guten Nacht (ich habe selten in einem Hotelbett so gut geschlafen) wartet ein ordentliches Frühstück auf die Gäste.
  
  Auch hier nicht perfekt, jedoch deutlich über Standard.
  
  Die Lage außerhalb des Ortes hat uns nicht gestört, eher im Gegenteil.
