  Beautiful nicely picked selection of furniture and inner decoration with a chic, elegant, mature style that fits perfectly in young adults homes. Prices are mid- high but you can find very good offers

  Bad quality, worse customer service
  We ordered two tables at the store. The design looked nice and the price good. The transportation company set a date and we stayed home waiting for the delivery, only to notice the transporter claimed we were not recognised in the address. All our info was correct. There was no ring at the door, no phone call, nothing, we took a day off for nothing. When the package finally arrives we realise that our tables have construction defects that are impossible to be due to the transport handling. One of the tables had a piece so badly solded it could not be assembled. The other had colored scratches and a crack (the package though was impeccable, so it was already damaged when packed). Both have bends in the metal that are also not due to transportation, jut clear careless fabrication. We called the store and they told us that someone from the customer service would call until the end of the week, since they couldn't handle the issue themselves. The week ended and no call. Worse, the customer service number can only be reached from a landline, which we don't own. Still waiting for a customer service call, still with two damaged tables. We'll never buy anything here.

  Beschadigd product ontvangen, op zich geen probleem ware het niet dat voor maisons du monde elke reden goed is om de klant niet te helpen. Bepaalde personeelsleden zeer onbeleefd. Kom ik geen tweede keer meer.
