I am pretty sure I got BED BUG bites at this hotel. I have even found one of the bed bugs (3rd stage in life cycle) at a sink in the bathroom. I was first accommodated in a tiny room with a window to the street. After complaining at the reception about the noise they relocated me to a bigger inside room with a double bed. There the bites appeared.

Spacious room, and ours was quiet. Horrible hot, bouncy, hollow-fibre pillows - but, in fairness, all hotels seem to use them! Very useful power sockets by bedside tables.

Good breakfast. Nice crusty bread available.

The irritating aspect was the bathroom. What was there was fine - spotlessly clean and plenty of water in the shower. The problem was a complete lack of flat surfaces, so nowhere to put one's toilet bag, razor, etc. All you can do is perch them precariously on the curved edge of the sink. And only two small hooks by the sink, so nowhere to hang your clothes while you're in the shower.

You do have to wonder if the person who designed the bathrooms had ever actually used a hotel. A couple of hooks in the door and a shelf would take a few minutes to fix, cost a few euros - and made the bathroom vastly better.

Close to trains, trams and taxis

Hotel just doesn't smell fresh. It smelled dusty. And so the rooms are and the toilet. It looks like you can't clean properly.

We arrived at the parking and my first tought was that it was a bit to narrow, lucky for me I have a small car.
At the reception: very friendly and it went good, so no problems.
We went to our room and had 1 little issue, but when we had told, it was quickly over. So thank you!
At night I drank something at the bar, very friendly and nice chat, it was a joy to be there!

It's a nice hotel right next to the train station. It has a modern interior. The room was simple but nice. Clean. There is private parking for hotel guests underneath the hotel which is very convenient if you are traveling by car like we were.

I stayed in other Leonardo hotels, never had this kind worst experience. Queen bed is nothing but connecting two single beds, the only newspaper that you could get is 'China daily' which is a weekly paper.

Good overall and great location. A little expensive but it was new years eve. Close to train station and easy walk to main part of town and squares. Superb street for restaurants. Room was unusual as 2 story on 5th floor - a little self catering if you wish. Friendly helpful staff. Pillows too small and not enough milk or tea. So only small problems

The infrastructure is a little bit old, but that is compensated by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. If you want to use their parking, make sure you have a small car, it's very narrow. The reason why I won't be going back is that our room and the hallways smelled of sigarette smoke, which was a real downer. The breakfast is also something I wouldn't recommend, quite basic and cheap. But, if you sleep in the back, the rooms are very quiet, you don't hear the city at all.
