Countries 3rd private airlines.
Was my aviation careers started from there
I paid for 2.8 kg extra hand luggage which is first time experience for me. The flight was from Kolkata to Dhaka. My checked in luggage was 2kg less and I requested them to bring back my luggage but they didn’t cooperate. For the first time the customer service person accepted and booked my luggage as checked in luggage but later on another person from the same airline ask to weighing my hand luggage. After weighing my hand luggage he said I must reduce this extra 2.8kg and rapped it by 400INR then I need to pay 600 INR and then I can fly. Otherwise he will not allow me to fly. It was worst-ever experience for me. I do travel frequently and my experience is if there is 2/3 kg plus in hand luggage (cabin luggage) then not a single airline create problems. Where as my checked in baggage was 2kg less. I just mentioned them if I carry sweet box at the checked in baggage it can be broken.
On the other hand I have paid for extra 2.8 kg and it was sweets(food) I mentioned them several times but they didn’t allow me. When I reach to the Dhaka I found all of my sweet box and sweets has been broken. Do the airline pay for this damage??
I took a flight from Dhaka to Cox's Bazar via Regent Airways. It was my first flight experience and the experience was made great, thanks to Regent Airways. The air hostesses were very caring and friendly to us. They showed us every flight safety and it's basics very carefully. The flight was safe and perfect. They provided us with Nasta in a box, also with a bottle of water. The nasta was great, especially the laddoo was very tasty. Thanks to them!
