  Official system very good. You can get from here many countries air tickets.
  There have parking available. Here only cash and card pryment both are available. this company has lots of won airplane. so you can buy air tickets from here undoubtedly.

  I was traveling from Bangkok to Dhaka. Booked their flight because I needed a ticket in a short notice and it was the cheapest available. But it was the worst flight of my life.
  Mismanagement started from the check in.
  
  1.Check in location doesn’t know in airport screen.
  2. The service people were nice though to offer good seating option.
  3. The flight was delayed but was no information for how long was communicated.
  4. The cabin crews were inexperienced.
  5. Didn’t even ask people to shut down their electrical devices. (How on earth?) not during take off or landing.
  6. Their manager almost had an altercation with passengers in flight (Like Gabtoli)
  7. One good passenger took the liberty to even smoke in the flight. (Like Come on)
  8. The cabin crews tried spraying to mitigate the smell but not sure what action was taken afterwards.
  9. And the quality of the aircraft is also questionable, felt very old and poor condition to be honest.
  10. Two stars because of price and luggage.
  
  I hope I don’t need to fly with them in future. And sincerely hope they improve their quality of service and aircraft.
