I am giving it 1 star because of the customer service issues we encountered. My wife and 4 year old were peacefully enjoying their time at the pool when a gruff security guard (Mr. King) accused them of not being guests and escorted them to the main office before confirming we were guests. Then he called my wife "a rude b***" for saying his behavior was inappropriate. I reached out to the hotel manager Samantha Cole and never received a reply. Good luck staying in business!!

The restaurant is a bit pricey but the view and location are great. Kitesurfing (lessons) directly at the beach in front of the hotel!

I’m currently staying at this hotel and I can say that it looks exactly like what is shown. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because I booked an ocean view room yet cannot see the ocean there is a huge tree blocking me from seeing any of it. On the other hand the room is very comfortable and spacious! I love it!

A comment lower down by Kyle Hedlund summarizes perfectly, suggest you read his. Summary: near airport, on a good beach, clean comfortable rooms, great quality for price, but the negative is that wifi only really available in restaurant & pool area

The place is nice enough except the rooms are NOT air-conditioned. A/c is only in the bedrooms. The rest of the suite is an unbearable 90°!! Can't watch TV or use the dinette cuz it's just too damn hot. Also. Wi-fi is not in all rooms. They only guarantee it in the out-door bar/restaurant area. To be fair, I have enough signal in room to do this review. If it's important to you, ask about A/C and wi-fi. The people here are very nice and have done nice things to accommodate us. All in all it's a very nice property -- just some annoying quirks.

Good hotel with great location beside a beach and near the airport. Our room was clean and had a great ocean view. Nice pool and facilities. Only negative was the weak wifi signal in our room, so we used our phone/laptop in the restaurant.

I've stayed here 3 times and there's a reason. It feels disconnected from the island. The perfect vacation feeling ( If you're a local ). The staff is very warm and accommodating. Rooms are clean, food is good, drinks are good. I'd definitely recommend it.

This was my second time staying at Silver Point. I was there 4 years ago and loved it. This time was even better. The friendly staff makes this hotel a winner. Each staff member went above and beyond to make sure we had a good visit. Make sure you make time to visit their restaurant the servers are the best. Kathy-Ann actually recognized me from my stay 4 years ago. That was impressive and Richelle arranged for a friend outside the resort to make one of my favorite dishes. My friend and I will be going back again next year.
