Rooms and fixtures need a bit more care and maintenance (a bit of rust and ware). No coffee machine or complementary water in the room, even considering the reduced group stay rate, which (in my opinion) seemed closer to what the regular rate should have been. Staff were very polite and helpful. Had a bit of an issue at the restaurant, where the food runner was very nice although busy, but the floor manager seemed a bit less than attentive and did not seem busy (which I took into consideration). While I was waiting for someone to offer me a dessert menu, for about 10-15 minutes after I was finished eating, (my intention was to have dessert and coffee) the floor manager brought me my bill (he did ask if I had called for my bill and I said no). At that point I asked for a dessert menu. As I mentioned earlier, the person attending to my table and just about all the tables seemed quite busy. Another 10 minutes passed before someone came to my table and told me what was available for dessert. At this point, I decided not to have dessert and politely asked her for my bill. I just felt like the floor manager could have taken the same 15 seconds to let me know what was available, as I was observing his un rushed demeanour while attending to "his duties". So It was an average experience, very fixable issues

first time all inclusive anywhere / but been to barbados countless times visiting family & spent numerous summers there.
glad to see bajan cuisine at the buffet as other counties seem to “cater” to what they think their visitor cuisine is.. and let me tell you, the food was bomb.
great service in terms of room cleaning, bar attendants, in their restaurants and management.. often checking up on us insuring everything was quality, and we had no complaints! beautiful view. keep up the good work..response / report this review -

My mom lives near the Beach Club. It is a great eat and party spot. All of Barbados is a great eat and party spot.

Room clean spotlessly clean food excellent all homemade service was excellent pool very clean bar right on the beach just a beach front hotel donot expect 5 star luxury.

Wow great experience in food and services. Rooms are ok. Food is very. It has beach view and has some beds by the beach. It has open air restaurant i really loved this place compare to sunbay hotel. It has its own swimming pool. Amazing place to stay

This place itself was beautiful but, the staff sucks. The refrigerator in my room was empty. You have to get your own beverages. No activities on the grounds. Not ever going back there.

This is not a 5 star hotel, but that being said, it is clean, comfortable, has very friendly staff, good food and is on the beach! Everything you need for a truly enjoyable Bajan vacation. This is my third time staying here and I will definitely be back.

Nice quaint place good location and the best ocean view. The staff assisted us. I was there on a jet blue lay over.and ate lunch. The temperature of the food was not acceptable. The food looked good and was good. However, when I got to the airport I started having a terrible headache. After feeling very sick I went to the bathroom and all of the food came up. After that the headache went away and I started felling better. As I said nice place, but issue with the food.

Where to start. Shontora at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The food is amazing, rooms are very clean and staff are nice and make sure you are having a wonderful stay. As my first hotel stay, it was a great experience. I Recommend it to everyone

The food, staff, and view are great. The staff are quite willing to help with just about anything. My partner and I requested additional pillows at front desk and within 3 minutes fresh pillows were delivered to our room. A must stay for those interested in an all-inclusive getaway

Decent rooms and food. Walls are thin so noise can be an issue. Nice beach area. Staff were ok but some came across as a little dissatisfied with their jobs.others were great. Shout out to front desk staff and Morris at the bar.a good vacation spot rather than party zone.

Very friendly and accommodating after we missed a flight. Clearly past its golden years. Rooms were mostly clean except bed. Dinner had odd rules about dress code and formal serving/setting/eating manners. Early morning staff was literally sleeping on the job. Appreciate the effort, but will not return.
