3 stars only because recently they 1) haven't forgotten something from my order, 2) have surprisingly had what I wanted and 3) servers have seemed more pleasant than usual the past couple of times. Wait times were still painful as usual.

The food here was not the best, chicken and fries were cold and though very few customers were in the restaurant the tables were not clean. When asked the staff came and cleaned willingly but this should not have been the case

Worst KFC I've ever been to. Poor customer servicethe fries tasted like chicken (obviously they cooked it in the same oil). And to make things worseon Kadooment day 2017 my second visit..we had to wait 25 mins for chicken..and they had no Zingersonly buggers 😴

Staff can be unpleasant especially an elderly woman with thick glasses.. drink machine seems to be broken a lot, cashiers need to take more care in their overall appearance and the way they speak, better and more economical combos need to be created especially because persons only go to the competition because of price and better customer service
