Good spot to have a few drinks with friends or solo and a bite if you are feeling peckish. You can have a meal too!

Food, awful. Service, slow and very basic. Long waits and no one checking on patrons. Karaoke way too loud and even after patrons asked about volume, was basically ignored.

The atmosphere is good but I find standard of food (taste wise) has fallen in recent times. The wait time at this branch was not overly long and the guy assigned to our table was young but competent.

Absolutely love to dine here and play the slot machines. The setting is informal dining, great for family gatherings and "girls night out". They make the best mudslide by the bar. Other drinks are just as nice but the Mudslide is their signature drink. Staff is extremely helpfulwe love it here!!

Menu is interesting, the food is fair, but on the cusp of good. The drinks are great and the service is good, not great but good. The environment scores a 9 as its truly a good lime when you want to watch your favourite team play.

The wait was too long for drinks as well as apetizers. Pleasant staff in attendance. The surroundings need freshening up. Next time would ask for seating outside. Inside was too dark for lunch.

The service was horrible! Probably because service charge is included in the cheque. Further more mum's food was under cook and the server was of no assistance. It was Mum's birthday which they knew ahead of time and there wasn't so much as a happy birthday. On the plus side kid's food came out quickly which he enjoyed. Cocktails were awesome but took a while which I would have liked a heads up from the server. Burgers were good they always come well done so if you like it differently let the server know and the chicken platter was ok. Needless to say I won't be back ever again.

Slow service. Staff seems undertrained.
No welcoming smile. Didn't inform us about any specials/promotions/points/rewards being offered. Forgot to return with our order, then brought it in stages and still forgot one of the drinks.response / report this review -

If you want good food served with a smile, this is NOT the place to go! I have eaten at this location twice, and both times the food was average and the staff acted like they were doing you a favour serving you.
In reality, this location seems to exist for the slot machines and the bar, not the restaurant.response / report this review
