  Very poor service at the drive through window. They never have biscuits, thighs or legs. You always have to double check your bag to make sure your order is correct (which it never is) and again VERY POOR customer service.

  Facilities were very dirty. They were out of most products and the chicken was terribly underseasoned. I also had to wait almost 20 minutes for 2 pieces of chicken and a sandwich. Staff was nice tho

  The service here must improve. Too often, they get the order incorrect or the wait is extremely long. It would help if the employees explained a possible wait to customers BEFORE they place an order.

  I love KFC especially Black Rock. I go there every night but they are always running out of chicken, something need to be done about that. 😄😩

  Not all of the staff members were friendly. One even proceeded to roll her eyes when I asked for a table to be cleaned. With the exception of that the food was okay, and we received the order quickly.
