KFC is an institution in the West Indies. They say it tastes better here than anywhere else, and a branch in neighbouring Trinidad is the top seller WORLDWIDE. Forget all the extras and buy a bucket of chicken to share with friends, preferably spicy.

Cashier was polite and attentive. Server was freisnky and polite as well, he went extra. Overall service was fast, Area looked clean. Could do with a face lift though

I always have a pleasant experience with home delivery.
The guys that deliver are always cool and friendly and they have my food so I already like them .
The building is in need of a facelift yes and inside looks worn , but I tend to be more concerned with the food quality and the service than how the exterior looks. The many times I've been there, I've had only one problem . Perhaps I'm lucky, reading these other reviews .
I once got stale fries in my order but the chicken was super mega fresh soI took the good with the bad that time . Nothing else bad since then .
It's a pretty busy central location near many residential areas and businesses so anyone thinking it will be super fast in terms of the drive through or inside has unrealistic expectations.
The service is not gushing but it's never outright rude and I'm there for food , not to make friends .
All in all , I'll keep going back . May my good luck continue to hold .

I just placed an order over the phone at KFC Collymore Rock and the interaction warmed my heart. The young man Matthew was very pleasant and patient. He did not try to rush me off the phone like the other disgruntled employees I've encountered before and he even repeated my order back to me. I hope KFC finds more like you and fast. Kudos Matthew keep up the good work.

Dirty, dingy, and outdated outside. I went through the drive through, the Colonel must be rolling in his grave. Plants around driveway are overgrown, hard to turn in without being scraped by bushes, the fence is rotting and swallowed in vines, the signs and menu look like they've been there since 1985. The chicken was gross, soggy and chunks of batter missing. Why do I put myself out there 💆‍♂️

Today August 5th 2017 i went to KFC collymore and ordered 2 meal deals upsized. When i approached the window i was very mannerly and greeted the workers well however the cashier or sales person linda-ann was very very veryyyyyyy unprofessional. My bestfriend ended up cancelling her order after the horrible way Linda Ann treated us. I am a loyal customer of KFC for years but I feel so hurt and sadden.
