Very friendly staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant.
Very poor selection of food, both for breakfast or for buffet dinner. Especially for breakfast. On the plus side - on of the available dishes for dinner every night was fish.
Rooms are spacious but very poorly lit - couldn't get enough light in the evening when trying to FaceTime my family.
This hotel is situated in pretty boring part of city, and the views from rooms are not really spectacular. Nicest view sadly is on the side of the hotel.
Outdoor swimming pool, in September, even though weather was great, around 28-30 deg C was very cold. Indoor swimming pool is nice although quite a long walk from the reception area, elevator + stairs.
There are better business hotels in Baku.

Stayed there for about 10 days. Staff are very unprofessional, many don't speak any English and slack around. You feel unwanted staying there. Facilities are ok, especially the swimming pool and slides are amazing. It's a very windy city and I literally couldn't sleep most nights since my doors were not sealed properly, felt like there's a tornado in my room, when asked to fix they did a poor job and that was it. Internet almost doesn't work at all in rooms, only the lobby, but it's quite fast. All in all, not recommended at all as a 5 star hotel.

Great hotel. Service is perfect, from reception desk till room maid. Food is perfect. Breakfast and dinner are buffet with rich choice of everything. I will recommend Pullman hotel to everyone.

I have only one bad memory from my trip to azarbaijan and it was from hotel badamdar;when i was there i went for breakfast and my son didnt come down and stayed at room. I took two cookies for my son to bring to the room.a staff who was a woman with the name (SHALALA) told me:u cant takeaway any thing from the breakfast to ur room because from tomorrom all the persons want to take breakfast to their rooms!!its the rule of this hotel only!!
I put those cookies on her table and told her these are for u and i only wanna ur name
There were no manager in hotel to tell him and i only can send my message here unfortunatly
The hotel had a very beautifull lobby and the room were suitable but with no view.
Wifi was free but very bad speed.various food with good quality.the hotel was so far from the citycenter and the transfer was so boring because of the traffic in baku.

Nice design. But Very unprofessional staff . They tried to trick us . The superior room price was 170 azn, but the receptionist guy named Mushfig doubled the price only for standard room he was asking 330 azn per night. And when we refused on the amount he asked and showed him the online price, he was lost , start to calling some people don't know whom . And saying them that he doesn't wanna give us with a lower price , that there's no profit for him . I don't understand since when the receptionist of 5 star Hotel making decisions on Room prices..? Such a shame . Very disappointing

Fabulous!
Everything is perfect.
However hotel is not in city center but never mind, Baku is a small city that you can discover it by 5 AZN for each trip from hotel. Don't forget to ask hotel reception to give you a map and inform you from free shuttle service from hotel to city center every 2 hours!
Big clean rooms,nice SPA and pool and many interesting activities in this hotel never let you to forget your pleasant stay.
Enjoy it.
