What I like:
- The staff and how they are very helpful with the customers.
- The breakfast.
- Room cleanliness daily.
What I didn’t like:
- The internet is so weak.
- The location of the hotel.
- Sometimes the AC doesn’t work and when you open the window nuisance comes from the street.response / report this review -

What I did not like:
1. Few basic items (which should ideally be in the room of a 4 star hotel) had to be asked for repeatedly (some toiletries and towels, room service menu, water bottles, complimentary refreshments did not have spoons/stirrers)
So services can be improved. But overall had a good time.response / report this review -

MY STAY HERE HAS BEEN VERY PLEASANT. YOUR GUEST RELATION OFFICER MR. AQIF IS A VERY GENTLE AND COOPERATIVE WITH THE GUEST. HIS PERSONALITY IS VERY CHARMING. HE IS GENTLE IN A REAL SENSE. I EXTENDED MY STAY IN THE HOTEL FOR FOUR NIGHTS BECAUSE OF HIM. HE IS REALLY A GEM FOR THE HOTEL. I AM STAYING IN THE HOTEL. THANKS.

In the restaurant for breakfast all the waiters are un respectively so when u eating they want u to finish like u are eating from there buckets. I found a lot of guests bring bitches and make the lobby like a club so if you're with your family don't book here.

Suites are always worth it, even for couples, its always good to have a extra space, it makes you feel you never want to leave the hotel.
