Park Inn is a decent city hotel, let down by a few issues. The quality of the check-in during Formula 1 needs to improve - the shuttle service is OK, but the driver did not bother to get out of the van to direct us to the entrance, much less help with our luggage.

After our first night, we requested hard pillows due to the poor sleep we had. We were later told that they didn't have any, nor was there a possibility to get these. This was extremely disappointing, especially seeing that we spent 8 nights there - I would have hoped that the staff would make an effort to source pillows from another hotel in their group to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

The rooms are quite small, but neat and clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by a welcome gift pack of vodka, cranberry juice, nuts, and chocolate.

On that note, the buffet breakfast is horribly expensive, and seeing that nothing really opens in Baku until 10am, we just had to go with the exorbitant price.

The bar is quite good, but two nights before we left, there was no barman, and the drinks were just terrible - it seemed like one of the waiters was simply drafted into the role without any training.

Please note that there is a hotel being built next door, so it is very noisy from 8am until 6pm, don't expect to be able to sleep late nor have an afternoon nap.

Overall a decent enough city hotel, but standards need to improve, and also the hotel needs a refurb.

The lounge of the hotel is little small , they have a good restaurant in ground floor I ate BBQ BURGER there it was very delicious, reception staff very cooperative and we'll English speaking.the room is clean good interior decoration. My friend and I booked the room from hotel web site and the price was little bit expensive.the breakfast is not included you have to pay if like to get it.

Rooms were clean, staffs were very polite and professional. Very delicious breakfast in the early morning. Complimentary Fitness room. Currency exchange machine was inside hotel. It is very close to Park bulvar shopping complex. Overall, I was happy and my stay was pleasant but the WiFi they provide is public wifi which is total unsafe which made me really unhappy.

Good service, the breakfast is delicious and a wide variety of food is available (you can order omelette or scrambled eggs on top of the buffet), clean rooms. All staff speaks Russian fluently

A great hotel by the coast of the Caspian sea. Few great nighclubs near, a shopping mall on the other side of the road and It's 10min walk away from the downtown!
Only have to add that my room card stopped working two times and had to change it. Breakfest is really good.

Nice and clean hotel, good location. Breakfast and food was 4.5/5, some of the staff in reseption are so so! Others are helpful. In general this hotel can be one of the best choices in Baku.
