It I'd not a hotel. It is a boutique (sort of family owned) but great service and very friendly front desk. Good enough of a breakfast spread

This small hotel is 9 rooms in the third floor. There is no lift. There is no body to carry the bags. There is no lobby. The breakfast area is only 4 small tables and there are no different types of breakfast. The only advantage of this hotel is the location in the city center and close to all the services. The bed is uncomfortable. The blankets and towels are old.

BROKEN BED AND UNFRIENDLY RECEPTIONIST
We booked our room for twin bed room plus extra bed. The extra bed was broken. The receptionist refused to change the bed and we ended up sleeping on the floor. Not recommended for family and more then two people, but service is very bad specially the lady receptionist was very rude and hotel breakfast was few choices and quantity. We had to constantly ask for more food from the counter.

Best location in Baku.Walking distance to almost all the attractions in the city.
Nice breakfast ( sagol for Pomidor Chikhirtma), friendly staff. One star off for not having an elevator, you have to carry your luggage to the second floor of the 150 years old building.
