  Stayed at this hotel between 8-11 August and had some cash stored in the safe. When we arrived to the room the safe was not working, so we had to ask someone to come and fix it for us. After that I had some money stored in it and made the mistake of not counting it when we left the hotel. I realised that a part of the money was missing when we arrived home, so I called the hotel to complain and ask them to check the video cameras in the corridors (since they say they don't have any in the rooms). I wanted to speak to the manager but the receptionist on the phone was very bad at English and she really wasted my time asking several times what the topic was about, she would go away for 10 minutes and come back and ask the same question, so I never actually got to speak to the manager. Horrible service and dishonest staff. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

  very beautiful and good hotel. there is swimming pool, spa, sauna, sport room. reataurant. terrasa, club and cozy atmosphare
