Actually a very nice hotel with good staff, great spa plant and views of Baku. The rooms were also very beautiful and big. But when we were there, there were some delegations from Central Asia, the associated security personnel was very unkind. It was very impractical to come into the building. We had to wait and join a queue with our heavy luggage to come in. After that, a security dropped our camera bag, luckily nothing broken. I hope the hotel will communicate better in the future when they can have such events so you can descide if you want to go or search for another.

Stunning hotel with incredible views but the service is shocking. Someone with access to our room (presumably a staff member) stole my bank details and tried to carry out a series of transactions over 4 different cards I had left in the room (luckily my card companies caught it early). When it was reported to the hotel they completely ignored my email. If you stay here ensure ALL your valuables are kept in the safe in the room.

Its the iconic building in Baku later discovered that our Hotel was in same building.. Excellent rooms swimming pool having 3 options within the hotel. Overall Best Hotel in Baku and at city center.👍👍

Wow.. It was nice experience.. We had problem in the room in the beginning but thanks to their wonderful management problem, was solved to much better room and facilities.. The hotel restaurant are amazing, hospitality is spectacular.. Special thanks to Mr. Kamil "Manager there" and very special thanks to Ms. Alya at reception in morning shift.. I always believed to experience local hotels in the town I visit but fairmont proofed that international standards can last everywhere all the time..

فندق راقي جدا ونظيف، تعامل الموظفين جدا راقي واحترافي. الطابق الأرضي البهو كبير وشرح فيه قهوة وبار وشيشة وجلسات خارجية، بالدور الثالث نادي جاز وبالدور الخامس بركة سباحة وجاكوزي ونادي صحي و نادي رياضي ولونج وبار على البركة وجلسات جميلة مطلة على المدينة. الغرف شرحة ومودرن الفندق رائع جدا يعيبه فقط موقعه لأنه على مرتفع صعب كل ماطلعت ترجع له مشي تحتاج تاكسي

It's a lovely place to stay. The towers give you a spectacular view of the Caspian sea from one side. The service is also very nice and they have excellent staff. I had been here as a part of the group tour so they had special arrangements for Indian food. The food was unbelievably good. Overall the stay was worthy and I will never forget this experience.

The best hotel in Azerbaijan without thinking or even go to the other hotels, everything was nice there (and the FOOD of course), but we (my family) went there definitely the wrong time, there were alot of VIP People, there were "i think" prime ministers of other countries, overall. Its the best hotel i've been to

Below expectation
The hotel is an icon in Baku. it is one of the flame towers which are well known in this city. Location Is excellent with a wonderfull sea view. Employees are friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean but windows are not wind proof. I couldn't sleep the first night when it was windy. There is a nice indoor swimming pool. Breakfast buffet is not bad but has limited variety of food. Service is very poor. No body cleaned the room in two days. I had to call them at 6 pm to clean the room.

I wish I could give this hotel -5 stars! We booked 2 rooms a month prior to our arrival to Baku. 3 days before our arrival we received an e-mail notifying us that our booking has been cancelled. Fairmont hotel already charged us for the rooms, which was a big surprise to us. We have called them to inquire about the CANCELLATION. We were notified that a government delegation is coming to fairmont and thus they cancelled our reservation to accommodate us. They did not even bother to provide us with an alternative. I can't believe its an international hotel chain with ZERO customer service.

Wow. Great hotel! Gives this hotel at least 7 stars. Everything is clean and polished, the place is beautiful, innovative design and at a very high level. I loved the spa on the 5th floor with an indoor pool and two large spa pools. Also the dry and wet sauna and all this overlooks the whole view of the Caspian Sea. The staff are extraordinarily courteous. recommended!

My stay at the Fairmont couldn’t have been better. They welcomed me with a complementary early checkin at 7am, and gave complementary chocolates in celebration of the new years eve. The room were impeccable, together with the service. Amazing facilities, with the best view of Baku, in the landmark location that is the flaming towers.

I went to the spa, with an advanced phone request for details about service and prices. At arrival, half of the service (sauna and steam) was broken and the external swimming pool was optional for additional 50 AZN. So I didn't enter, even if it looked good and the staff was kind in excusing for the troubles

Worst 5 start hotel I've ever stayed in. Terrible air conditioning in the building and I visited in summer 2017. Believe me this hotel has not been maintained since it was built do I recommend any other hotel in town other than the fairmont!

**An update: I just checked out of this horrible hotel and the guy in reception finally admitted that the air condition system in the hotel is down and damaged from a week ago and he told me that technetians are coming from Canada to fix the problem! The management should at least stop booking guests in until they fix their ac and fix their service with their ac system.

I stayed there for two days but I wished I could have increased it for days more
The hotel is excellent in all respects such as beauty, luxury corridors, room, spacious room area, sea view and distinctive services. Below are parking lots, as well as outdoor and indoor swimming pool.
