* I was charged 4 manat for chips from the mini bar that I did not take.
* Internet failed on last morning of my stay. I was told it had been fixed, though it had not.
* Only 1 slow lift to service the whole hotel.
* Breakfast not great. Hot food barely warm, omelette nearly cold, dry and tasteless.
* Uphill walk back to hotel from either old city or Fountains Square.

I don't recommend it.

Hotel location is good but as they claim it 5 star i dont agree with it

Rooms are very spacious and staff is.helpfull

breakfast is not good

you can reach nizami street by walk and enjoy your day with many attraction near by

Nice stay and nice staff (although they didn't like my piano music and stopped me while playing (because an elderly 👴 guest asked them to do so, as my music didn't match his classic taste 😝)) but i liked it there

Clean and neat. Hotel folks were friendly and always ready to help and assist, despite the fact that some hotel guests were really ignorant and causing too much stress for other guests as well as the hotel personnel. I hope Sapphire hotel stays as good as it was when it was rewarded a 2015 prize.

We went there to watch the grand prix and room rates shot up :-( stayed there for a week good location , staff were very good, always there to help, breakfast was varied for most tastes , they even arranged a taxi to go to airport and it cost half what we paid coming to Baku, be wary at airport lots of con men about try to arrange meet and transfer before arrival most hotels will do this.
