My group went here for dinner at Matthews restaurant. Beautiful view of the ocean, Nice-looking restaurant. We had the all-you-can-eat ribs which were fall off the bone and delicious. We got there before 6:30 to get the happy hour special. Very enjoyable pace to eat.

Ahhhh, Casa Del Mar. You really can see that this place was once the place to be, however time has not done this place very well. I heard a rumor that it was the first ever timeshare in Aruba, and I believe it. The people who stay here are definitely senior citizens, however in the last couple years I have noticed that the clientele has been switching to a younger generation. The location is amazing, our room was a Corner Room on the top floor and we had the best view of both the cruise ships and north of the Resort. You wake up to the sound of waves crashing. Do yourself a favor, and don't look up while walking down the long corridors of this place. They keep the air conditioning system and assorted Plumbing above the hallway. The ceiling in the hallway looks like it is Teak wood slats but over the years plumbing leaks or condensation has been dripping on these pieces and turning it to black mold there's even spots on the floor that have those yellow Sandwich Board "caution wet floor" signs for the past 5 years because of these drips. One spot has even eaten through the grout in the floor it drips so much.
Overall the location of this place is fantastic but the entire building needs to be gutted and rebuilt. The "stucco" treatment in the outside is cool, but it's falling apart. It looks like they slathered cement on the building and threw pebbles at it Over the years, the sun and sea have taken its toll, with pieces of cement and poles falling off .. but Casa has not fixed it.

Love it, very good resort. Love the beach, a little bit more 🌊 than eagle beach side. The rooms that are in front of the beach are super nice. What I would like to be better is the restaurant, doesn't have a good variety of foods. Free internet at the lobby area. The pool is very nice. Have a nice convince-store inside and, in front there is a small mall with a variety of store and cafes including Dunkin' Donuts and cafe Valdes. And a Casino. The average age is around 50 or more, maybe. Overall, is an excellent resort.

Went there two times. The place is very nicely arranged and has a great ambiance. You are able to feed the animals which is an amazing experience. Moever there is a great diversity in the animals presented.
However the cages for the monkeys and the birds may be a bit too small, this could be ameliorated.

One of the best Resorts in Aruba. They know how to take care of their members. I may be bias but I can't help it.

Not a bad place to stay but the average age is around 55. The bar really only has the island beer but the karaoke on Wednesdays was the best night of the week.. Nice beach area but forget about snorkeling anywhere around the property or anywhere close to it.

It's our annual home visit since we've been coming to this Island and Casa Del Mar for about 25 years. It's right on the beach with real waves. Pools 2 great bars, a renovated and updated restaurant (expensive though). Right across the street from the best casino on the Island and a small shopping mall. We do love it here. The Noel's.

Wonderful place. Some of the best ocean views. Only downside is the rabid race at 5am for the poolside palm tree umbrellas and lounge chairs by the pool, only for those people to never sit at them.
