Excellent facilities. Too bad for the shoddy service. We made reservations months in advance because we were staying at Divi Village and change rooms . it took 4 hours to waiting til check while watching others coming in getting thier check in with no problems. Final we get our room and had to wait another20 minutes for the bellman to get our luggage out of storage. Pretty much ruined the whole day for us.

Great place! Aruba is great and the Divi is great too. Not too busy. Great pools in the ditch village area and access to all the Divi properties. Always well kept up and clean.

just returned from 5 miserable days at this resort to start off we were given lock out room which is part of someones property no chairs in the room a mini kitchen but where were you supposed to eat on the bed, plus its on the 3rd floor and each floor entails walking up 2 flights of stairs. I am 75 and my husband is 76 and just hasd 2 stents inserted this year. Went to reception and asked to change the room since everytime we went anywhere we had to climb these stairs and was told sorry you have the cheapest room at $278 a night I wouldn't call that cheap. On the website a mini King studio shows a table and 2 chairs lovely sliding glass doors to the patio which is nonexistent overlooking the garden unless in Aruba the highway is called the garden. Staff is very unhelpful nothing works wi fi was sparodic couldn't print our boarding passes so were told to go to the tamarin which we did and printed them out. This is deceptive advertising I also contacted Travelocity to make them aware of whats going on

Just got home from Aruba and could not be more pleased with food, accommodations, and staff. If you want a vacation with plenty to do or not do with no crowds Divi Dutch is the place. Relaxing, quiet, and good food and drinks. Definitely going back!

All Inclusive studio apartments are large, modern and well equipped. Located 20 to 30 metres from the white sand beach, overlooking gardens with own swimming pool, jacuzzi and bar. Meals are served in various restaurants located in the main hotel building about 50 to 60 metres walk. Separate room with walk-in shower, wash basin, toilet and wardrobe. Also small separate kitchenette with large fridge and modern cooking facilities, although these are not required for those on all inclusive.
Rooms have many electric power points, all of the type used in the USA, see photo. The bedside power points also have two USB charging ports for charging your mobile phone overnight.

Newly renovated one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious! Full kitchen with all the cooking pans and utensils you need. All new appliances. Sophia at the check-in desk was very helpful throughout our stay and has top-notch customer service. Great new pool area, immaculate grounds keeping and the great attitude of all the staff we encountered made this a wonderful experience overall.

Room service shows up randomly throughout the day. Reconstruction right outside the building. Water shut offs to our room. Both telephones didn’t work. No drawer handles in the kitchen. Help desk wasn’t around the 3 times we went by for assistance. Drinks from pool bar had ice with insects. All this by day 4 out of our 8 day stay. Would not recommend.

The suites are spacious with fully equipped kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, microwave, coffee maker with filters and dishwasher. Staff is amazing from Front Desk person Lisa Marie who loaned me her reusable grocery bag (grocery store requires you to bring your own bag) to Faith who was an excellent Concierge letting me know where everything is and how to get there. I was celebrating my 53rd birthday. Staff left a bottle of wine and a birthday card in the room for me. So thoughtful and appreciated!

Convenient to downtown. Can take public bus and be there within 10 minutes. Resort is about 20 minutes from airport and on Eagle Beach. Property is still going through renovation/upgrades on some of the buildings but the improvements are amazing. I loved the serene setting. The beach was not crowded. I loved my room where the patio opened to the pool and I was less than a minute walk to the beach.

Since these are 2-3 level buildings, there are no elevators. Per previous posts I requested a renovated room near the beach on the first level and got it! Totally worth the money if you are trying to relax and rejuvenate.
