Terrible! When I went there they were really rude when speaking to me, cutting me off in the middle of sentences. I was warned not to go here but decided to when they had the rims that I wanted, after getting my rims put on it was discovered that they had stripped one of my bolts, when I went back and confronted them, they had nothing else to say other than it wasn’t them! They wouldn’t help me out at all even when it was their mistake! They also used two different types of nuts on my wheels and when I asked them why their response was that all nuts work the same. They definitely need to work on their people skills!

Nice! Really happy with the guys in the shop in Hoxton Park. Car come as standard and came out like a boss. Wazza help me out with a choice and I'm really happy with the outcome. Highly recommend OzzyTyres to everyone.

My experiences have always been great with the guys at Hoxton park. Easy going and willing to help. I had to go there yesterday with my ISF for some advice and they went out of their way to assist near closing time. In addition they helped me out today and recommended an alternative solution that was just as effective and saved me $. Thanks to Waza and the guys there

Good service, i ended up going 18s over 17s because that was what they had in stock and I ended up loving them even more. Worth the extra money for the upsize for sure. Bloke even chucked in a set of lock nuts and a tyre upgrade for a good deal. Love my AV-20s and would definitely recommend these guys to anyone else looking for any sort of wheel services. I do however need to get my guards rolled now 😂😂

Don't trust your money with them. Bought offroad wheels and tyres from Ozzy nearly one year ago for my jeep minus a rim beadlock as it wasn't in stock. Told I was getting the best price until I checked the prices online which turned out cheaper than the instore quote so they price matched the online price which should have been the first warning sign. Had to pay an extra $50 for a wheel alignment which they couldn't do on the day because it wasn't working even though the rims and tyres were over $4000 which should have been the 2nd warning. Told to come in next week so came in a few times to the shop but the wheel alignment machine was always broken and the extra beadlock was still yet to be delivered. Eventually refunded the $50 for the wheel alignment. Still waiting over 8 MONTHS for the paid beadlock to be delivered. Staff don't return calls.

DO NOT USE!!!! I PAID 700 DOLLARS TO HAVE MY SPRINGS CHOPPED!
THIS IS NOT A JOKE
(yes now i know i got ripped off and they are shifty, but learn from my experience please!
This is a story of my experience there
first of they are rude, arrogant and make you uncomfortable while being there.
now have a look and read my log.
10 September 2016 : went in 10am
I specifically said: I want to lower the front so they are equal, while also bringing the overall height down
He said: so you want to bring the back down an inch too?
I said: yes, so over all both are going to be lower but equal, the whole reason I'm here is to make them equal height
He said: so they will both sit 1 inch above the wheel.
I said: yep that's ok
I also said: this won't affect performance
Therefore: special consideration:
Won't affect performance
And the front and the back will be equal
The considerations were not met, therefore the contract is void, and the work had to be fixed
Speak to Brad
10 sep: approx 2:30
When asked after wards if the ride height was ok: I said well not really they still are not equal.
The man at the front didn't even answer
12th sep: 1pm approx
I called up the next day and spoke to Brad: who when I said they are not equal assured me that the front springs will settle soon
The back ones have just settled abit more
It may take abit to settle
I they said to Brad Hey if it doesn't become equal can I take it in and you guys fix it up?
He said yeah sure no worries
I then asked for his name
P.s the ride height at the back is lower than we agreed also
14 sep:
Called and asked for the to fix the issue
He said sure bring it in and we can fix it
Then asked: are the after market springs?
I said yes:
He said that's strange or impossible that they are uneven
But bring in tomorrow and we will have a look
i went in the next day and he said it will sit down lower in 1 month, if not they will fix it for free (lower the front for free)
(i also specified i didn’t want to pay more cause i said ‘well i already paid a lot of money so i expect it to be done right’
he agreed to this
i went in to fix it and they charged me 100 dollars to chop the springs.
by the way, they I FOUND OUT THAT THE SPRINGS WERE CHOPPED
DONT GO TO OZZY TYRES
i seriously could have gone and made a scene and even gone into LEGAL ACTION
BY THE WAY. IF someone from ozzy reads THIS. go ahead and try damage control to make your business sound better. IT will not work. guys, there is a full list of other people WHO WILL DO THE JOB better. I beg you all, watch out of these guys.
I SHOULD HAVE DEMANDED compensation. BUT they made me feel uncomfortable even to discuss my concerns and if i went in and PROVED to them they chopped my springs, they WOULD LIE>

Yesterday my wife called up Ozzy Tyres in Hoxton Park. She ask if we could bring in our STI 16 in because it had a slow leak. We ask if they can patch it up straight away because i had a meeting to go to. The Receptionist said yes. Bring in the car. My wife said my husband would bring the car in.
I arrived at Ozzy Tyres 15min later. I had to wait 10 minutes because staff where busy. That's fine I understand shop gets busy. But they say they are to busy and could be an hour wait try the tyre place down the road. We have got two people working on two different cars at the back and another car is on its way. I said we call up about our flat tyre before and we where told to bring it in it will only take 15 minutes to patch.
I think that is unfair. I had to change to my spear tyre in the rain yesterday.response / report this review -

After I purchased the wheels online, the sales contacted me in an hour and told me my wheels would be sent by 5pm. Great customer service and prices are reasonable too !
