For the first night, they gave my room to someone else with the same surname or something by accident so I got a motel style room instead of a hotel one. The breakfast bar was amazing so I was thankful for the breakfast ticket compensation for the mistake. They have a pancake machine. I like that. The next night I booked the hotel style room again and actually got the room I booked. That was not noisy at all and was clean. much better than the motel style one with domestic abuse noises from other room next door the first night >

I came here on a school excursion and was appalled by the state of my friends and my own room. The blankets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while, they had blood and mould on them. The walls were really thin and you could practically hear everything, when other people would turn on water etc. The food was less than satisfactory to the point were a lot of us just chose not to eat it.

The rooms are comfortable and modern. The bar and restaurant are great. The only downside to staying here is that it is quite a distance by foot to any other shops, services, or restaurants. The closest ATM is a five minute drive from the motel, and cash cannot be withdrawn anywhere in the. Prepare for this fact and you'll have no complaints of your stay.

Great location, easy to get around the city. Big comfy rooms, nice staff, buffet breakfast was good. My only low mark would be the shower head is not in the best condition and should be replaced.

Very helpful staff. They were friendly enough to help me bring my luggage to my room irrespective of the necessity. Highly recommended. Rooms were well organised and clean.

People shouting at the corridor past midnight and no one from the hotel was there to stop them.
In the middle of nowhere, if you need something you have to take a taxi.
Pipe noises coming from other rooms woke me up during 18:00 while having a nap. ( seriously I could hear water running inside the walls)
TV volume didn't work using the remote.Stuck forever in highest volume.
The breakfast is a joke ,
seriously. Bread, eggs and bacon. You must be drunk to eat those things.
Gets busy in the morning you have to wait to get a taxi.
Second day they didn't replace the foot towel.
I can go on forever. It was an absolute nightmare.

Room is spacious and clean, air-condition is in a great working capacity. Staff were friendly but I was very disappointed.
The room I stayed had strange noise starting from midnight over the ceiling, like constant cracking wood noise, a proper sleep became an impossible thing to have.

The breakfast buffet was the most basic I have ever eaten.

Quality of the mattress and bedding is below a "hotel" standard. A proper duvet cover was not provided in the room but it is just a layer of sheet separate the quilt and guests body.

I wish the fair trading department would be more strict about the use of the title "Hotel" "Motel" and "Inn". I feel like it was a good quality motel but it is just big below a hotel standard

I would describe my stay as somewhat or very less than satisfactory, giving 2 Stars, being generous. Apart from the friendly greeting and the helpful front desk Staff, everything else was very less than satisfactory. In our Room, the bed had cut pieces of hair all over the bed sheet, plus what I think was bed bugs and though we were given another room, it did not have that many so called bed bugs but did have none the less. The 2nd room, not hygienic on an acceptable level at all, all the corner edge in the bathroom was mold/mildew infected, carpets not clean, bench tops not clean, the shower had had or on in this case, did not have full water pressure, hot and cold water fluctuating constantly. After mentioned all this to the front desk Staff, one would think some form of, no matter how little (with no expectation what so ever), compensation. Though the cost of the rooms were very reasonable, I still think it was waste of my money. I am truly sorry guys but I say it as I literally see and experience it!

Love this hotel. It's close to everything and has great drink and food. Jacob is an absolute legend and I would more than likely change hotels if he was to leave the place. That guy single handedly gives this place 5 stars

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Complementary coffee in the foyer for our friends while they waited for us to arrive. Had dinner two nights in the restaurant. We all had something different and really enjoyed our meals. Restaurant staff friendly and helpful. Clean good sized room comfortable bed. Bathroom a little small but perfectly adequate. Forgot to mention the best bedside lamps!

this hotel is over rated as 4 star, max 3 star even 2 star!
service is poor, we were demanded to pay cash at the time to check in and when we checked out, we were told the room was not paid. wanted to charge us again on credit card,
also the breakfast place is like nursing home eating area, not enough tables, the tea bas in hotel room are half empty and tea fell out when you pour hot water in.
in anyway, the hotel is not qualified for 4 star at all. so be mindful when you book it. it's only a budget hotel!

Very easy to book online. Received free drinks on arrival, room was nice and clean, free movies. Buffet breakfast was very good. Just nice and simple.
