  Reception staff were very helpful. Room had minimal minibar but there is a supermarket very close by. Room was clean and well-ordered.

  Shower was either scalding hot or cold. Their advertised free internet was only 100mb. However the room was well equipped and comfortable

  I stayed in a room at the Quest Hotel in the Canberra CBD & was generally quite happy with my stay. The room was fairly spacious for one person, & was quite comfortable.

  Executive apartments rooms are very small, the bathroom is located in the bedroom so if you have guests visiting (like us) they had to go through the bedroom. The toilet flush was so loud sounded like an A380 every time someone flushed.
  The bedroom is extremely tiny no room anywhere to lay a suitcase down, beds uncomfortable.
  Living area one lounge and a extremely small TV! Kitchen was decent in size and facilities.
  
  Room aren't very sound proof, could hear everything going on below on the streets throughout all hours of the day & night. Could hear guests in room next door also! Very unpleasant.
  
  Our room smelt off, as though there had been some water damage.
  
  Limited car spaces available at rear entrance. If you haven't pre booked a car space the nearest parking facility is 400m away!
  
  Luckily it was only a few nights stay. Wouldn't recommend more than 2 nights.
  Staff were pleasant to deal with.

  My reservation didn't go through, for some reason, so I was out on the street. But they had people on call, and were friendly.

  Slightly ageing but a pleasant experience. Parking a bit of a walk from the hotel. Rooms clean and tidy.

  Great central location, walking distance to food, parks and nightlife. Room was large and modern. Reception was very helpful and made it very easy to check in. I would recommend playing for parking as it takes that stress away.
