Only stopped at drive through for a quick coffee, was very busy, but had a lovely lady outside with an ipad taking orders in advance. All very friendly and service with a smile

Nice coffee place kinda like a Starbucks for Cairns and has a drive through. The interior of the store is quite empty and looks like it is a place just to grab your drinks and go. It is not really inviting to chill yourself or with friends.

The worst macchiato I've ever tasted. No milk, no crema, luke warm and as I asked for a takeaway, covered by a lid that hid the unappetising appearance of this brew. A bit like the last drags out of a perculator jug. Extremely disappointing,

Fast Coffee is usually horrible. Not in this case. you're always asked how you are. and service is carried out with a smile. Coffee is great! hot and cold!

Unfortunately, the friendly staff are the only good thing this large franchise has got going for it. On offer is the same processed food all the time and sub standard coffees just punched out as though from a factory. On a rare occasion you may get a good quality coffee that stands out but I'd rather go where a great coffee is the norm.

Not the best coffee in town but the drive through thing works when you got a zoo of kids in the car. The food for me is yuk, it looks nice but you can tell it's full of bad stuff when you eat it. The staff are well trained there're always very polite.

Awesome staff who always say hi to me. Feel very welcomed! Great coffee and food. The reasons behind the 4 stars; they changed the flavour of the lemon iced tea (which used to be my favourite) and at times need to structure the drive thru procedure a different way.

disgraceful service and rude staffwait time in drive thru was over 20 minutes2 coffees a sausage roll and piece of toast over $25 with coffee served lukewarm at bestZarraffas is clearly out of touch and poorly managed do yourself a favour and bypass this store on mulgrave rd cairns and go to McDonald's which has friendly professional staff with great service and value for money

Our fave coffee shop in Cairns. Typical chain store menu but good service and ok selection of pastries. Been coming here since opening and still one of the dirtiest stores I've EVER visited. Floor is ALWAYS disgraceful and the tables not much better - shame as this does spoil our experience 😔
