The carpet is absolutely disgusting looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years, none of us let our small kids play in the playroom because we didn’t want them getting sick from that carpet. Food was pretty average and service was the same. It was such a disappointment we all used to go here when we were younger when everything was clean, the service was lovely and awesome was food. Such a shame how rundown it’s become.

I will here for a daytime workshop. Easily accessible by public transport, large clean function room. Friendly staff.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was away from the road so it was quiet as well. The room had a spa bath. The beds were comfortable. There is a bistro. It is convenient and the food and prices are reasonable. I did not use the pool or other facilities. The staff were courteous. I would stay there again.

A bit pricey for the amenities. Reception closes at 8pm which is odd. Rooms are oddly appointed too, *very* new bathroom but fixtures in the bedroom seemed very old (maybe intentional for schtick?). However, very comfy bed and rooms/bedding were definitely very clean and tidy.

Attended a function here, very basic finger food with limited variety. Plenty of on-site parking in a well lit carpark.

Drinks that weren't part of a deal are overpriced. Food was good for the price.

Good value rooms. Great breakfast. Went to concert there and stayed the night.
