I was blatantly lied to by an optus team member today. I very clearly asked what would be the cheapest optus deal available to me and she (dont know her name) told me it would be the $65 plan. I then mentioned a deal I had seen online for $59 and she said 'oh yeah I forgot about that one' What a load of rubbish. I knew they were salespeople but didn't know they could outright lie to customers. Such a crock and as a result I am changing service providers.

5 star rating for Adele (AC01) who was most helpful today 13th Nov in sorting an error on Optus' part. Adele went above and beyond what I expected and has arranged to cover a prepaid phone service for the time it is going to take to have my issue sorted. I hope the store manager can appreciate how lucky they are!

Not Impressed, very rude, sent a phone away, to get a phone call to say its ready, go pick it up and we ask has it been fixed. the lady said, got no idea mind you had the phone for 2 wks

Worst Customer Service Error, they stuffed up my plan and tried to blame it on the call centre people and when the problem was found to be at the store level, they simply refused to help and told us we can't do nothing. Store manager did not care about anything, all they want to do is make sales and don't care about other stuff. Don't even accidentally walk into the store

They try to sell phone handsets (must be where the commission is), and do not keep good records. Personally, all I do is mobile Internet, and they keep trying to up-sell and cross-sell to the wrong person (me).

I've got to two products with Optus and this store is by far the worst store ever that I've been to. Ignorance and disrespect and terrible customer service, extremely unsatisfied with the lack of support you give to your customers. the inconsistency of lies and untruthful explanations we as customers DO NOT DESERVE. you guys that work to help Optus customers should all go back to pre school. You are all just as bad as each other.
Why even bother with Optus anymore wouldn't mind trying another carrier.
