I dropped MY car into the service department at around 8.05am on a Friday morning. I confirmed MY mobile number, which was already on the paperwork, and gave them a 2nd contact numbermy workplace. I then re-arranged my staff's schedule to allow me to pick the car up at their closing timea half hour before I was due to finish.
For some totally inexplicable reason, W&T have decided that, as the LEGAL owner of the car (& despite TWO contact numbers already supplied by ME!), they would contact my ex husband in regards to my car NOT being ready to be collected until the next Monday afternoon.
I just want to thank W&T Service Dept for not only taking away my sense of ownership in my car, being sexist against me for being a female car owner, but also subtly hinting that perhaps I have no right to run a million dollar business.
Keep the car. You've taken away any sense of pride and ownership I had in it.
