I highly recommend to STAY AWAY from this company.

Got my furniture delivered from NZ to Australia. After getting all clear from AU border inspection, they took 3-4 weeks to deliver it.

FIRST PROBLEM: On their contract says they unpack and take the rubbish away. They don't. They dropped our boxes and left. We had to pay for rubbish removal as it was a lot of boxes and plastic. When I asked Brianna about it, she tried very hard to put it as my fault saying I didn't ask them to unpack and remove the rubbish. It's on the CONTRACT! You should have got this sorted.

SECOND PROBLEM: They didn't deliver part of a bed. Brianna kept saying "we are busy, we are looking for the part, we don't have anyone to look for the part, etc etc" so after a month of not doing anything to help us she told me to claim insurance.

Avoid headaches and use someone else.

The two staff who unloaded our shipping containers did an excellent job. They were very careful with our home contents and always asked where to unload them. None of our contents were damaged and there was no damage to our new home. We would highly recommend Whybirds Removals .

There is one minor issue we should raise about A&R Removals.The stickers used to identify our contents are difficult to remove. They tear easily.
Each sticker had to be removed with eucalyptus oil. Possibly a different material rather than paper could be easier to remove.

Whybirds delivered our furniture and household items to a first floor unit in Margate, Brisbane. There were only 2 young men as the third was away (unwell) but these 2 guys worked very hard - were courteous and helpful and everything ran smoothly.

Amazing guys, very polite and keen to help. Finally a removalist that deliveres everything safely with no breakages. Very clean truck. Very efficient and amazing price. Won't hesitate calling the boys next time round. So give em a call, you won't regret it.😁🤙
